Things to keep in mind:
Please remember that I can not guarantee the life span of your purchased wreath. The average lifespan of a wreath varies depending on the climate and conditions that it endures. For example, a wreath that is covered and not placed in direct sunlight will have a much longer life span than one that is frequently in the sun or rained on. We do our best to ensure that your wreath has a long life, which is why we spray all wreaths with a UV protectant spray before sending them. Please contact me with any questions or concerns.
Are Christmas, Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, Easter, or Fourth of July wreaths returnable?
All holiday wreaths are returnable, but they must be returned ten days prior to the holiday! This means that the wreath must be in the hands of Twisted Pine ten days prior to the holiday, not simply
shipped ten days prior. You must contact Twisted Pine Wreaths and let us know that your purchased wreath is being returned. Additionally, the wreath must be returned in the original box and with the original packing material. Once Twisted Pine receives the wreath and sees that it is in the same condition as when it was shipped, the buyer will receive a refund MINUS the shipping costs endured by TPW. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
Are custom or personalized wreaths able to be returned?
Due to the fact that custom/personalized wreaths are specifically created for your order, they are not able to be returned.
