I did not get my package, what do I do?

Post offices sometimes would send packages back to me, if i see the package I will notify you and offer either a refund or resend. Unfortunately I do not track individual packages, if a tracking number was provided to you and you have not gotten your package even though it saids “delivered”, please do let me know, we can work something out!

How long until i get my packages?

Package are usually shipped out within 2 weeks. Domestic usually takes 4-7 days, international may take more than a month due to COVID19. If there is a deadline you would like me to meet please do contact me!
