Custom eyechips commission is available for hand painted metallic eye chips only.
Price will depend on actual style and size. If you are only switching one color with another color or removing a color from an existing style, there is no extra charge.
If you want me to create a new design for you, please send me a message with as many details or examples as you have for what you need made. Once I confirm all details and I understand your vision, I will give you a quote. If I am able to create it for you, you can then place an order. I will create the pair and before shipping out, send you photos for approval to make sure you are completely satisfied with it.
*I do not create custom eyechips until you submit an order.

First, please make sure you are putting enough pressure on the eyechips when popping them into an eye mech. If the problem is not fixed, read on!
On some occasions 14mm eyechips don't properly fit into an eye mechanism. It is more common with a TBL blythe. Don't worry, there is an easy fix to it.
Option one (easy) - all you need to do is to get a nail file and slightly file the eyechips all around their rims. Please be very careful to not chip off paint, as no replacements are offered.
Option two (requires more work) - widen the eyehole in the actual eye mechanism. Requires time and work with sharp tools. Proceed with caution.

Our store carries both, glass and plastic eyechips.
Realistic "photo type" eyechips are glass (all sizes).
All hand painted metallic eyechips without a pupil are glass.
All hand painted metallic eyechips with a black pupil are plastic.

All available sizes for each style can be selected from a drop down menu that's on the listing page. If a size that you are looking for is not listed it means that this particular design does not come in that size.

BUYERS RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS REQUESTS: as per store policy, returns are not accepted. Please be sure to read item descriptions thoroughly prior to making your purchase. We do not accept returns if you ordered the wrong size. If you are unsure of the size you need, send us a message and we will try to help you.
Cancellations could be accepted if you canceled your order on the same day of your purchase. However, we would not be able to approve your cancellation request if your order has been already shipped.
CANCELLATIONS OF ORDERS BY THE SHOP: shop owner reserves a right to cancel an order if our store had issues with a buyer in the past or a buyer has a certain reputation in a doll community. Refunds will be issued without any explanation.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible if a package is returned to us due to incorrect/undeliverable address. Buyer is responsible to cover additional shipping charges in order for us to resend a package to the correct address.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to any other address that is different from what is listed on your order summary page. If you are purchasing for someone else, please be sure to add their address as an additional shipping address and select it to be the shipping address before submitting an order.

Our store offers a few coupons with the following conditions:
*Discount total is not inclusive of shipping*
*Discount codes are valid on everything in our store EXCEPT for ooak dolls.
*If discount code is used when purchasing a custom doll, you will be sent an invoice to cover the remaining balance.
*Discount codes will have to be manually applied by a buyer during checkout.
