To care for Cutting Boards:
hand wash in warm water and dry immediately. do NOT wash in dish washer.
every 2-3 months, rub regular mineral oil on your board and let sit over night then wipe off to keep moist, resist cracking and last for years.
We can also include a Board Butter with your order for an extra fee which is mineral oil mixed with a specific amount of FDA approved food safe bees wax melted together to make your board longer lasting and more water and bacteria resistant.
