Do your frames work with all TVs?
No. DragonFrames are designed exclusively for Samsung The Frame TV.
They are not compatible with other TV models or standard screens.
Which Samsung Frame models are supported?
All frames fit Samsung The Frame models from 2021–2025
(LS03A, LS03B, LS03C, LS03D, LS03FA).

How do the frames attach to the TV?
They connect using a secure locking corner system engineered specifically for Samsung The Frame bezels. Installation is smooth, tool-free, and takes only a few minutes.
Will the frame affect my remote or Art Mode?
No. Your Samsung Frame remote works perfectly.
For the best responsiveness, simply switch your remote to Bluetooth mode.
Art Mode functions normally when “Sleep After” and “Night Mode” are disabled.
What if my frame arrives damaged?
I take great care with packaging, but if anything arrives damaged, please message me immediately. I will replace or resolve the issue promptly.
