About Our Press On Nails

At heidynails, every Press On Nails set is a handcrafted and customized product, carefully made 100% by hand according to the size, shape, and design selected by the customer.
    •    Each order is created after the purchase has been confirmed.
    •    We do not carry pre-made inventory.
    •    Due to the handcrafted process, slight variations may occur compared to the reference image depending on the technique, textures, and design complexity.

These variations are part of the unique character of each set and are not considered defects.

Design & Communication
    •    Designs are created based on the images and specifications selected by the customer.
    •    If necessary, heidynails may contact the customer during the creation process to confirm details.
    •    If the customer does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, the order will proceed based on the information originally provided.


Sizing & Measurements (Very Important)

Accurate sizing is the sole responsibility of the customer.
    •    Measurements must be submitted in a clear, accurate, and legible manner through:
    •    Etsy Messages
    •    The store’s official email
    •    Reference photos must be sharp, well-lit, and easy to understand.
    •    Customers must carefully verify the length, width, and shape before completing their purchase.

To help prevent sizing errors, purchasing a sizing kit for the selected nail shape or style is strongly recommended.

heidynails is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Because each product is custom-made and personalized:
    •    Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted.
    •    Refunds will not be issued for mistakes in measurements, shape, length, or design selected by the customer.
    •    Once the creation process has begun, orders cannot be canceled.


Kit Contents & Product Use

Each set includes a basic application kit with the essential tools needed for proper application.
    •    Customers agree to read and follow the application and care instructions provided.
    •    heidynails is not liable for damage, injury, or unsatisfactory results caused by improper application, misuse, or mishandling of the product.

⏳ Processing & Shipping Times
    •    Processing time begins once all required personalization details have been received.
    •    Timing may vary depending on design complexity and current order volume.
    •    heidynails is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the shipping carrier once the order has been dispatched.
