Years after losing everything, I still thought about that gorgeous cow couple. They made a lasting impression! They uplifted me to gaze on in their simple frame on the wall, day in and day out. Maybe that's the beauty in art. Now, when my new home is finally ready to move in, the photo will hold even more meaning and positivity. Now I'll think not only of the world's vast diversity, of gentle love between beings (human and non-human), and of the magic in everyday moments, but also of the kindness shown by the one who brought those remembrances, through her art, back into my life.
