My shop says it takes a day or two to have the order ready besides that it’s dropped off within a day or two sometimes same day or day after depending on the time it was ordered. Lastly USPS sometimes takes longer to scan packages, they are not scanned the same day I drop them off. So I ship the items fast but that is USPS fault for not scanning packages quicker or same day.

1 out of 5 starsThe only good thing I have to say is—the shipping bag was cute. We’ve purchased these toys from our local ace, where I believe authentic items are sold, but these from Etsy are terrible. The smell was atrocious, and very strong, when we opened the first container. It seems to be the paint that creates the face that smells so bad. I tried washing it to see if it would reduce the smell—no luck. We had the item out less than an hour and the material has many splits. Absolutely terrible. I planned to return, but my children opened the remaining items without permission, so they went straight into the trash. These are garbage—an absolute waste of money.

It might’ve I’ve started having those stripes that look like it’s breaking because you washed it and maybe you were a little bit harsh Squishy’s have a strong smell since they’re basically figured out of chemicals just like any other from stores Also, I have two different dumpling squishy, authentic authentic and you purchase the one that is not. you could’ve still refunded the items if they were not damaged

next time, please ask the seller for more information. Pictures are uploaded so all customers can see what they’re purchasing. It’s the sellers responsibility to look and ask questions.

Correction, the golden dumpling is not within the mini dumplings. Also, what do you expect a different color there? Mystery for a reason if she gets a yellow she gets a yellow also we’re in the title or description that it says you’re getting the whole pack for $16. You get what you pay for your responsibility your fault for thinking you’re gonna get a whole box for $16 nowhere does in the title or description have any plural pronouns what makes you think that in the miniseries you’re gonna get the golden one see if it’s just color not glitter next time when you purchase from a seller with descriptions and titles so you don’t go around giving sellers a one star when it’s clearly your fault for not reading, descriptions or titles it’s common sense

1 out of 5 starsIt’s fake and a scam. Used a RMS label on a fake that included a used purple glitter dumpling, not even the gummy bear one.

RMS is found on the label from the dumpling it’s not used because they are sealed from factory so it’s not used. Correction it’s sugar bear that is used for the dumpling filling not gummy bear. Pictures are uploaded so customers can see how it looks like and if it had the rms on the case itself it’s customers responsibility to check for it. RMS is found on the label front and back.

We messaged and I showed pictures including the ones listed. Pictutes were shown it was your responsibility to look for key details you requested a picture and was sent and you purchased. That was your fault when pictures were shown. You can send them back for a refund. People are responsible for what they are purchasing. Other customers have mentioned how the product is good compared to your rating.

5 out of 5 starsSeller was very quick to ship the item and was very responsive. The only note I would add is that these are the small/mini ones. The item description says that (so no fault of the seller) but we didn’t appreciate that until they arrived.
