Shipping courier and TIME

All items are shipped via Latvian Post EMS and takes 1 week in EU and minimum 2 weeks to the rest of the world!

Refunds and Exchanges

There is no official insurance available for posting ceramics but should damage occur during sending I will personally REFUND 100% for the broken item AND postage. If you would like to receive a replacement instead, the additional shipping costs are on you.

Care instructions

I would kindly advise to hand wash to increase ceramic's life.

Returns

I want you to be happy with your purchase, and hope that you love it! If you don't, please return it to me, undamaged, in the same packaging, within 21 days of receipt and I will refund or exchange it for another item of the same value. Please note - Shipping cost will to be paid by the customer.
The only items I cannot accept as a return are special orders that have been made specifically for you.
If the item is damaged or faulty, you must let me know immediately and I will exchange it as soon as I receive your return. Please note, you must inform me of any breakage within 3 days of receipt to qualify for a replacement.
