Cheryl was a helpful, friendly, and responsive seller to work with -- she clearly puts a lot of heart into her work. However, the scratching post I ordered arrived significantly damaged, partly because the way it was constructed left it lacking in structural integrity, and partly because it was not packed securely enough.
