To create an illustration or pet portrait all I need are a few nice clear photos to work from.
Feel free to get in touch before ordering to discuss your ideas, once we’ve had a chat I can draw up a design for you to look at.

Once the initial sketch has been agreed I will go ahead and finish the final edit.

On completion the file will be emailed to you or if a physical item such as a necklace or sketchbook, posted out to you.

I ship worldwide. Woo hoo!

All digital illustrations will be emailed to your chosen email address once completed.

My hand drawn portraits and any other physical items are posted from here in the UK.

SHIPPING METHOD….

UK: All parcels are sent with Evri standard courier service. This takes 2-4 days and includes tracking. Smaller letter sized items are sent via Royal Mail standard 2nd class service.

REST OF THE WORLD: All orders are sent via Evri standard internationally service. This takes 3-5 days and is the safest service with tracking.

Please note in the approach towards Christmas my turnaround time is longer due to a heavier work load.
I will announce shipping cut off dates for guaranteed delivery of orders closer to the time, to avoid disappointment my advice is to get your orders in nice and early.

Due to the one off handmade nature of my products, each item will be unique and one if a kind. With this you may find slight variations in colour, finish or consistency but that’s what makes them so special and unique.

As with all handmade items care should be taken around children as many have small parts that could be a hazard. It is recommended that children are supervised at all times around these products.

All items are fixed so the designs stay in place. But they are susceptible to wear over time and the finish can be affected by cosmetic products, soaps, perfumes or exposure to water. These can all potentially alter the quality of your item. Jewellery and shoes are all classed as fashion accessories.

All my items are one of a kind and custom made to your specifications…..this means I unfortunately don’t offer refunds.
