I created these designs after I went to India where I had learned about Asthanga Yoga. Back home I had major difficulties remembering the sequences. Despite the sequences I also found it challenging on how to transit from one Asana (pose) to the next one.

These designs shall guide you through this beautiful Body and Mind Therapy also known as the Asthanga Primary Series and the more advanced Nadi Sodana Intermediate Series in the most comprehensive way possible.

The Ashtanga Primary Series and Intermediate Series are highly challenging for both body and mind but the more often you practice them the more intuitive they will get. With these poster designs I want to give you a fun and colorful guideline to keep you going and spare you the frustration I was going through.
