1 out of 5 starsItem was ordered back in March, said it “shipped” in April, but I never received it. I tried contacting the seller several times asking for updates and they were very unresponsive. Ended up asking for a refund after trying for 2 months to figure out what happened.

5 out of 5 starsMy order got lost in the mail and I waited a long time to see if it would come or not, but it never did. I contacted the shop and told them and they got right back to me and sent me a knew one free of charge. Once it was sent the new one out it came fairly fast and it is SO CUTE. Good quality item and fast costumer service.

4 out of 5 starsThe item itself is adorable and even better than I imagined! :D My only problem being that the communication with my order was really frustrating. I had contacted the seller once about the order being about a week late and the tracking number provided not updating at all, still saying it has not been shipped, to which they responded they would check on it. About a week later I sent a message if there were any updates, to which I got no response. I send another message a week later with no response, and another a week after that. If it weren't for it showing up today, I was about to leave a one star review of how I never got my product and the seller never got back to me. This is a lovely gift, but if it's intended as a gift for someone, it's better to order at least two months in advance!
