How do I receive my digital files?
Once Etsy confirms your payment, your files will be available through your Etsy account under Purchases and Reviews. This is a digital product; no physical item will be shipped.
Which software do I need?
Check the individual listing before buying. Our catalog includes Excel workbooks, files for Google Sheets import, printable PDFs and selected browser-based tools; not every product supports every format. Use the software specified for that listing. Software or app subscriptions are not included. If you plan to use a phone or tablet, message us with the product name and device before purchase.
Are setup instructions included?
Yes. Each product includes guided setup materials so you can understand the system and begin using it with confidence. Product-specific instructions are described in each listing.
What if I need help with my purchase?
Send us an Etsy message with your order number and a clear description of the issue. We will help you troubleshoot the product and point you to the correct setup information.
Can I return or exchange a digital product?
Because these are instant digital downloads, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted. If you experience a technical issue with your purchase, please message us so we can help.
How do I open a ZIP download?
A ZIP is a folder containing your purchased files. Download and save it, then use your device’s Extract or Unzip option before opening the workbook, PDF or other files inside. Start with any README, Start Here or Quick Start file. Keep an untouched backup and use a separate working copy. If you get stuck, send an Etsy message with the product name, device and error message; please hide private information in screenshots.
Can I edit, share or resell these files?
Editing options and permitted use depend on the product. Check the listing and included license before buying. Editable workbook inputs do not mean every file or design is editable. Buying a tool for your own personal or business use does not automatically grant resale or redistribution rights.
