INFORMACIÓN IMPORTANTE Y POLÍTICAS DE LA TIENDA:
TODAS LAS VENTAS SON FINALES. Se trata de piezas vintage, la mayoría con entre 30 y 70 años de antigüedad. Los artículos se describen detalladamente, mencionando o mostrando fotos de cualquier defecto importante según nuestro leal saber y entender. Con gusto enviaremos videos o más fotos si lo solicita antes de la compra. Todos los artículos vintage y pintados a mano pueden presentar algunas imperfecciones, y es común que las piezas recién terminadas presenten ligeras imperfecciones. Se incluye pintura de retoque con las piezas repintadas.
PARA MUEBLES GRANDES: La tarifa de envío con manta incluye un transportista privado para pequeñas empresas que entregará su pieza de forma segura en la PLANTA BAJA/ENTREGA de su hogar. SI SU EDIFICIO REQUIERE UN COMPROBANTE DE INFORMACIÓN PARA LAS ENTREGAS, DEBE INFORMARLO Y EL IMPORTE REQUERIDO ANTES DE QUE SE LE ENVÍE CUALQUIER PIEZA. No podrán subir las piezas a su entrada si no hay alguien disponible para ayudarlas. Si desea colocar su pieza en una habitación específica de la planta baja, es conveniente contar con ayuda adicional.
Le informaremos una vez que su pieza sea recogida y esté en camino. Después de eso, el conductor/transportista se comunicará con usted para coordinar el día y la hora finales de entrega. Pedimos a nuestros transportistas que se mantengan en contacto con nuestros clientes, pero a veces las rutas cambian por diversas razones causando retrasos o fechas de llegada diferentes. Estos transportistas tienen plazos ajustados y, por lo general, no pueden reprogramar. Si no puede reunirse con el conductor, le sugerimos tener un vecino o familiar, un código de garaje, etc. como plan de respaldo si no puede estar en casa durante la entrega programada. Tenemos poco control sobre la pieza una vez que se ha entregado al transportista.
PARA ARTÍCULOS ENVIADOS POR FEDEX/UPS/USPS: Empacamos y enviamos profesionalmente. Todos los pedidos se empaquetan cuidadosamente, están asegurados y generalmente se envían por Fedex/USPS en pocos días después de la compra. Recibirá información de seguimiento cuando se envíe su artículo. En el improbable caso de que su artículo sufra daños al llegar, DEBE CONSERVAR TODO EL EMBALAJE EXTERIOR E INTERIOR para que podamos presentar una reclamación por daños a la empresa de transporte. IMPORTANT INFO & STORE POLICIES:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. These are vintage pieces and most are between 30-70 + years of age. Items are described in detail with any major flaws mentioned and/or shown in photos to the best of our ability and knowledge. We are happy to send video or more photos upon request prior to purchase. All vintage and hand painted items will have some imperfections and it’s not uncommon for newly finished pieces to have slight imperfections. Touchup paint is provided with your repainted pieces.
FOR LARGE FURNITURE ITEMS: Your blanket wrap shipping rate includes ONE small business private shipper to safely hand- deliver your piece to the GROUND FLOOR/ FOYER of your home. IF YOUR BUILDING REQUIRES A COI FOR DELIVERIES YOU MUST DISCLOSE THIS AND THE AMOUNT REQUIRED BEFORE ANY PIECE WILL SHIP TO YOU. They are unable to carry pieces upstairs to your foyer if there is not someone there to assist them. If you desire to have your piece placed in a specific room on the ground floor it is beneficial to have an additional pair of hands available to help.
We will update you once your piece is picked up and on the way.  After that the driver/transporter will reach out to you to arrange final day and timing for delivery. We ask that our shippers remain in contact with our clients, but sometimes routes change for a variety of reasons causing delays or different arrival dates. These shippers are on tight timelines and can usually not reschedule. If you are unable to meet the driver, we suggest having a neighbor or family member, a garage code, etc. as a backup plan if you're unable to be at home during scheduled delivery. We have little control over the piece once it has been turned over to the shipper.
FOR ITEMS SHIPPING VIA FEDEX/UPS/USPS: We pack and ship professionally--all orders are carefully packaged, insured and usually ship via Fedex/USPS within a few days of purchase. You will receive tracking info when your item ships. In the unlikely event of damage upon arrival, YOU MUST KEEP ALL EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR PACKAGING, for us to file a damage claim with the carrier.
