I purchased a custom marble vanity/sink with a hidden drain from Volkan and the entire process was seamless. This was for a powder room in our coastal vacation home, and I was initially hesitant about making a larger international Etsy purchase, but he completely exceeded expectations. He was incredibly communicative, answered every question patiently, and customized the piece exactly to my specs (including no fixture holes for a wall-mounted faucet). Before shipping, he sent detailed photos from every angle, including packaging and the shipping label, which gave me total confidence. From production to delivery in the U.S. was about 18 days, impressively fast. The piece is absolutely stunning, and I know it will be a showstopper once installed. I’ll be sharing final photos with him when our home is complete. Highly recommend.

Volkan literally made the basin of our dreams!! From a small sketch to a huge masterpiece, I truly could not be happier. This vessel sink is stunning! We received it super quickly and Volkan was such a pleasure to work with! The sink is a slightly warmer coloured travertine than we anticipated; however it is still gorgeous and we are thrilled with our purchase. Highly recommended!
