Why don't you accept returns or exchanges?
As it is impossible for the buyer to guarantee a return of property, refunds and exchanges will not be issued for digital download products.

Why do the fonts look different than the ones I saw in the listing?
Please make sure that you have installed the free fonts properly on your computer otherwise, default fonts will be displayed instead making the entire template look different. An instructional guide has been included with your purchase and it provides links to the required fonts and a step-by-step guide on how to install them correctly on a Mac or PC.
What do I need to edit these documents?
In order to make it easy to personalize/customize the template on your end, you need to have a computer (not a tablet or phone) that has Microsoft Word installed. We recommend MS Word 2011 (or later) for Mac and MS Word 2010 (or later) for Windows users.
