Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with the European Union Consumer Rights Directive, buyers located in the EU have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason, unless a valid legal exception applies.
Important Exceptions
Our artworks are hand-finished and made-to-order.
For this reason, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Made-to-order items
Hand-finished artworks produced specifically for the buyer
(as provided under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU)
If Withdrawal Applies
Where the right of withdrawal applies, the following conditions must be met:
The buyer must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery.
The item must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds are issued only after the item has been received and inspected.
Shipping & Delivery Confirmation
All international orders are shipped via FedEx.
Orders marked as Delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for items confirmed as delivered by the courier but reported as not received.
Damaged Items
Any transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims must include clear photos of:
the damaged item
the internal packaging
the outer box
Claims submitted without sufficient documentation may not be accepted.
Customs & Taxes
International Shipping & Customs:
All international orders, including the USA, are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and collected by the carrier (e.g., FedEx) on behalf of your country’s customs. BronzeFinishArtworks does not receive or control these fees.

If you prefer to prepay duties and speed up delivery, contact us for a secure prepayment link. This can reduce handling fees and make delivery faster and more predictable.

All international orders are shipped via FedEx. Orders marked as Delivered by the carrier are considered completed.
