Hola Faustine, siento mucho escuchar que el paquete no llegó a tiempo. Comprendo la situación y supongo que esperabas recibirlo antes de Navidad. En estas fechas las empresas de reparto tienen mucho trabajo y a veces tardan más de lo habitual en entregar los paquetes. Y más con los envíos standard internacionales como es tu caso (Barcelona-Francia). Hiciste el pedido el viernes 16 de Diciembre a las 13.15h y lo llevé a Correos el mismo día a las 18.43h.Siento que tardara tanto en llegar.Cuídate mucho y gracias por tu comprensión. Núria.
