Concrete tiles and garden elements obtained by pouring concrete mixture into our molds are used for paving:

It is difficult to specify an exact number of cycles since it depends on various factors, such as the type of mold, size, relief, thickness, handling, lubrication, demolding, and storage. Approximately, they can endure anywhere from 200 to 500 cycles.

When pouring high-quality dense concrete using the granite technology, lubrication of ABS molds may not be necessary. However, doing so can improve the gloss of the molds and the quality of the concrete surface. We recommend using a wax-based release agent, which will extend the lifespan of the molds and guarantee the quality of the concrete surface.

During use, gypsum or cement-sand deposits often accumulate in the crevices and recesses of the molds. These deposits can be removed with a cleaning solution (a 13% solution of hydrochloric acid). Store the molds in a room, protecting them from direct sunlight, especially direct exposure. Avoid sharp temperature fluctuations during the winter period, keeping them above -1°C.

It is recommended to prepare pigments by mixing dry pigment with warm water to obtain a creamy mass and letting it sit for at least 6 hours before adding it to the mixture. Most pigment manufacturers do not provide specific instructions for adding to the mixture but suggest a general guideline of 2-5% of the cement mass. Some add dry pigment during mixing without prior preparation. The choice is up to you.

Pouring with a frame is typically done by professionals to extend the mold's service life, which ultimately reduces the cost of the product.

Room temperature is sufficient for drying panels. The key factor is humidity and air circulation. The air should be as dry as possible.

Any brand will work. For added strength in gypsum products, you can use higher-grade gypsum.

● Prepare the back wall.
● Apply primer three times.
● Attach using liquid nails or a gypsum-based adhesive. Note that when installing on drywall, which is relatively heavy, an uneven wall might tear the drywall. This hasn't happened yet, but it's theoretically possible.
