We are not responsible for the couriers handling of parcels, or any damage caused during transit. Should your parcel arrive in a clearly damaged state or condition, you need to inform us immediately and send us photographs of the damaged parcel, before opening and then, once opened, photographs of the item itself, after which, you must make a claim at your local post office, that delivered the item to you, and inform them of the damage. This is mandatory as without it, we will not be able to make a claim from France, as they will check whether a claim was made in the country of delivery. Please contact us via Etsy messages and we will then raise a case at our end and hopefully resolve it as soon as possible.

We always track our customers parcels and if there is a delay, we contact the courier to investigate the delay and monitor its progress. We are not responsible any delays, including customs issues or charges. If the item is lost in transit, we will make a claim with the courier and hopefully resolve the issue as soon as possible.

We accept returns provided that we are advised via Etsy messages, as soon as possible and it is returned within 14 days of receipt of the item. The item needs to be returned in the condition in which it was sold, for a refund on the item itself and not shipping costs. If for any reason, there are additional taxes or duties to pay on any returned parcel, the amount will be deducted from the refund. Please make sure you label you parcel as “Returned to Seller”.

It is essential that we are given an accurate and secure shipping address. We are not responsible for parcels not delivered due to a wrong address.
If items are returned to us, due to an incorrect shipping address or failure to collect from the Post Office, after a notice has been left by the courier, we will gladly deliver them back, but at the buyer's expense. No refunds will be made for parcels refused or unclaimed by the addressee and returned to us.

We accept cancellations before we have dispatched the parcel.

All our parcels are insured and tracked and require a signature on delivery.

If purchasing multiple items, please contact us as we may be able to reduce some of the shipping fees on the additional items
