All our pieces are produced by hand in our studio in Prague. Since most of our pieces are made to order, please allow us 1 to 3 weeks to produce a piece for you. If you need to meet a specific deadline - please let us know in advance. We’ll try our best to make a rush order for you!

We are more than happy to accommodate a rush order in case you have a deadline in mind. Let us know before you place an order so we can confirm if we can actually meet your deadline. Please note that all rush orders are non-refundable and require an additional fee depending on the item.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with the item upon receiving it, please contact us before leaving any feedback. We will always try to resolve whatever issues you might have.

We offer a 5 day, no questions asked, money back guarantee. Just let us know within 5 days of delivery and ship item back to us within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom, personalised or engraved items can’t be returned because we can’t resell them afterwards.

Please note that all returned items must be in a completely new and unused condition with all the original documents and packaging.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returned items. Please note that it is your responsibility to package the returned items well to avoid any damages during shipping.

If you are returning a package from overseas, it is vital that you declare your package as a RETURN. This can be done so in the 'other' section on the customs declaration. If it is not, you as the sender will be liable for any VAT/Duty charges and these will be deducted from your refund.

Upon receiving the package, if everything looks good, we will issue you the full refund minus shipping charge to you.

You can exchange an item for a product of equal or greater value, as long as it’s not exactly the same variation of the product. Please note that all the rules of returning products above apply for exchanges too.

We really don’t like the idea of mass-produced jewelry and truly believe that every piece of jewelry should be one of a kind, handcrafted with love and care.

That’s why we love to work on personalised or completely custom designs. We can handcraft a genuinely wonderful piece based on a picture or even a sketch on a napkin. Whatever idea you have in mind - just let us know and we will turn it into a magnificent piece of jewelry making everybody around you jealous without breaking the bank.

We use standard US sizing for all our rings but can provide you with an alternative sizing of other standards (UK, European, Australian, etc). We strongly recommend measuring your ring size with the local jeweller. Other methods are often inaccurate. We’ll produce a ring in the exact size you provided and can’t be responsible for the incorrect measurement.

Every single piece comes in a high quality wooden jewelry box, beautifully wrapped with a gift paper. Additionally, we’ll include:

♥ A couple of cleaning clothes so your piece can stay shiny even after everyday wear.

♥ Tiny jewelry pouch to keep your jewelry while travelling.

♥ And a small gift bag in case you want to give it to somebody special.
