The mug is beautiful! It’s lightweight, but otherwise perfect for my rock climbing partner. I ordered before Christmas (middle of the month) and was expecting it to arrive after Christmas (as predicted per their page). The mug wasn’t mailed until the 30th and arrived well into the new year. The store did respond after a few days (and I know people have personal lived during the holidays) with a nice message, but I would be cautious ordering in the future.

The truth is that we did not expect to have as many orders as we did and were not prepared enough in terms of staff hours and stock for the Christmas rush. During the holiday period the team had some days off hence the delayed response to messages. We hope that next year we will be more prepared for the holiday season so that all of our customers are happy. Once again so sorry and we are glad that you liked the mug!
