Paper flowers can be delicate but can last for many years if appropriate steps are taken in their care. Please make sure that you store or display your flowers away from water, heat and direct sunlight as this can fade the coloured paper. They may require a very light dusting as time goes on.

All listings have a processing timescale, a processing time is the time it takes for me to create your flowers, delivery time is NOT included in the processing time so please take note before placing your order and purchase the rush order fee in the add-on section if you require your order faster than the processing time states.

All custom orders will have a processing and delivery timescale discussed upon creating a custom listing.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail 24 hour tracked within the UK, Royal Mail state that this is 1-3 days for delivery but please allow some time incase of delays on their part.

International orders are sent via Royal Mail international tracked, a signature will not be required. Please allow up to 21-28 days for international shipping as there may be delays due to customs and/or bad weather.

Please provide your correct shipping address when making your order. I am not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect address information provided. If you have input the incorrect address then message me the correct address to send to within 48 hours of ordering.

Orders marked as DELIVERED will not be refunded.

Please note some countries own postal systems are very very slow so I asked for your patience and to keep an eye on your tracking details if you live in a country with known slow mail delivery (I.e Italy, USA, Canada, Germany, France, Spain and India to name a few) as I have no control on the speed to which your country delivers their Mail.

Custom fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
As per the law I will not underestimate the value of your parcel contents, nor will it be marked as a gift.
Please bear in mind that you may need to pay customs fees in your country.

Yes I can make custom and personalised orders.
All flowers can be created and changed to suit your requirements and then a custom listing made. Please let me know your wedding date upon intial message to make sure that I am able to work to your timescale.

I do not accept returns or refunds on custom orders.
If you have requested a specific book or other custom element to your order it is classed as a custom order and cannot be returned for a refund.

Forced returns as per Etsy's guidelines will not be accepted or refunded.

If you have any problem at all please let me know as soon as possible and I will endevour to help as soon as possible.

Bouquets and flowers will vary in size, the listing will state approx sizes please contact me if you would like more details.

Please remember that colours of papers and ribbons may look different from monitor to monitor and even if I am asked to match a colour to a swatch I will match it as close as possible but there may be slight differences as it is hard to get a true match from screen to real life.

If you would like a chosen colour such as "red" but do not state a certain shade such as "bright red", "dark red", "burgundy" I will use the shade most associated with the colour.

Split orders over a few months run the possibility of ribbons or papers being a slightly different shades due to manufacturers.

I endevour to use good condition 2nd hand loved books for all my book flowers, this gives them a whole new life and actively recyles but it does mean there could be natural aging and discolouration in certain prints, particulary older prints. If you require a brand new printed book for bright white flowers please contact me upon placing your order, a small additional fee may apply if the newer print is not in my supply.

Orders are sent in clean and reusable boxes and packaging wherever possible. Please consider recycling or reusing if you are able to do so.
