When you place an order, please send me the photo you would like me to transform. From there, I will create your custom portrait and send you a preview before finalizing the product. If the result doesn’t quite fit what you want, we can try with another photo you send me. Up to two times. If you are satisfied, I will then send you a PDF with a download link for the final portrait in very high resolution.

Photos should be medium-high resolution and have good lighting to ensure the best quality portrait. The person in the photo should be looking straight ahead to see all their facial features. No glasses, fringe, or hands on the face. The final resemblance between the photo you send and the final result ranges from 70% to 90%, depending on the photo you send me. If you have doubts about the suitability of your photo, do not hesitate to contact me.

Yes, small adjustments are possible up to two times. Hair color cannot be changed, only the face. The face swap process automatically rejuvenates and children tend to look a bit older.

You will receive a high-resolution digital file, ready to be printed at home or by a professional printing service. I recommend that you use the professional printing service. They will guide you to get the best print.

Portraits are sent via Etsy as a digital download. No physical items will be shipped.
