We are happy to ship worldwide. We usually dispatch items within 1 - 2 working days of receiving payment.

We package items carefully, using recycled materials whenever possible, to ensure that they are well protected, and always have a proof of postage. We do not charge for packaging materials or time taken.

We charge shipping at cost, any saving on shipping costs through purchasing multiple items will be refunded upon dispatch.

We work hard to offer the best value rates from a selection of domestic, European and worldwide shippers. All parcels except those travelling by 'Lettre Prioritaire' are tracked. For 'Lettre prioritaire' tracking is offered as an option at checkout. We recommend that you take this option for your own peace of mind. Tracking works to 46 countries worldwide. For other destinations the tracking is only until the French border.
'Lettre Prioritaire' is not insured, but can be at an extra cost, please ask before purchase.

Tracking does not necessarily include insurance. Please ask before you purchase if you would like to add insurance and we will find the best value option.

We strongly recommend that you pay the extra for tracking and insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged whilst in the care of the postal services.

If for any reason a package is returned, the resending will incur a £25 fee in addition to shipping costs to cover admin and repackaging cost.

We always describe the condition of an item as accurately as possible, particularly in terms of its vintage condition, so please do not expect it to look brand new! The odd chip, knock, ding and the general patina of age, we think adds to the charm of vintage items.

Electrical items are original, and as found. Replacement of cords, plugs, switches etc.. is up to the buyer to do so if desired. It is advisable to check with an electrician that it complies with local regulations before attaching it to an electrical supply.
