All clothes are measured flat, please, double the numbers (when you see х2) to get a circumference of the chest, hips, leg opening etc.

Please, do refer to the exact measurents that you may compare with your own garment, lying flat.

Sizing may vary from brand to brand and not always equal to modern even within the same brand.

I always precise if the garment was pinned on mannequin during the photo shooting.

All measurements are taken in centimeters and then converted into inches and rounded up.

Every vintage item is unique so ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

In unlikely case of refund it will be exclusively made as STORE CREDIT and must be shipped within 7 calendar days of delivery. Item/s must be returned unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with tags on.

Store credit will be issued for the amount of the item excluding shipping costs and will be issued in the form of a non-expiring credit to use in LOFTOWN store on Etsy.

For items returned by the carrier (incomplete/wrong address/missing phone number, non picked up parcels, etc.) a refund will be provided ONLY as a store credit.

Once an item is shipped LOFTOWN is not responsible if the delivery is delayed, dropped- off to a pick-up point, lost or damaged in transit.

If the tracking shows that the package was delivered NO REFUND will be issued.

All items that can be washed, dry cleaned or thoroughly steamed - have been.

Vintage conditions go in the following order:

::: Mint - Looks like have never been used (however may show signs of age or storage like dots or minor fadings).

::: Excellent - Maintained in excellent condition with hardly detectable signs of wear or teeny tiny imperfections.

::: Great - Very well-maintained. May show minor signs of wearing or age like fadings, discolorations, minor piling or scratches.

::: Good - Regularly used. Shows more signs of wear.

I always indicate if any major imperfections or dysfunctions are present, but may not mention hardly visible spots, dots or holes. If you are concerned about a particular item's condition, please convo.
