To clean any glass suncatcher just use any good window or glass cleaner. Furniture polish will also bring up a bright shine. They can be wiped with a damp cloth but do not submerge in water for any length of time.

Stated delivery times from the UK are five to seven working days. This excludes weekends and bank holidays. This is often the time to arrive in that country so a few extra days should be allowed for customs checks and then on to delivery. Busy periods, such as Christmas, can delay delivery by a few days to several weeks at worst so please order in plenty of time. If you are waiting for a well overdue parcel; before contacting me please check your estimated dispatch date on your order page and check with your local depot to see if it may be awaiting collection/signature.

If you have purchased an item with tracking then the tracking number/ link will be sent to you shortly after dispatch and is also on you order page. You can then sign up for tracking updates via the relevant transit company. Tracking is optional on most of my items and is not compulsory with Royal Mail from the UK, so unless you select a tracked service at checkout, or it is already shown to be included in that service, then I will not have a tracking number for your order. If you want tracking but cannot see it for a particular order then message me and I can add it for you to purchase. I do keep proof of posting for every item.
