As with any online shopping, note each piece's numerical length & order for YOUR body type; display busts & mannequins are NOT to "human" scale. Because of this, please measure for your own desired sizing.

Please also note that chain width & style may vary in listings offering "standard" chains (this does not apply, for instance, in necklaces with unique styles). Substitutions are only in instances wherein those pictured are unavailable & are only changed with similar styles (& are nearly undetectable). If this is a concern, please let us know!

Should you order an incorrect size, we will gladly size! Simply ship it back & send the details!

HOWEVER, please note any cost difference, chain AND return/resend ship, is the responsibility of the purchaser. We will NOT resend the item until the balance is paid in full.

Most chains price approx. $7-$15 per 2". This does not include customization (for more complex designs & chains).

For chain in need of shortening: While we'd love to refund cost difference, this is not often possible. Because each is custom cut, it cannot be reattached to another chain and reused. As such, it is still a loss to us. If you'd like the length returned to you, let us know.

WE INCLUDE WITH EACH NECKLACE, a non-tarnish slip as well as a sterling cleaning cloth! We want to help you care for your jewelry!

Please know that quality silver WILL TARNISH...and SOON! This is NORMAL! You can prevent much of this, however, by keeping your silver in air-tight conditions when not in use.

While storing using your BellaIpsa box WITH its tarnish slip, we recommend placing your box in an air-tight bag (ex: a Ziploc). ALWAYS remove your necklace as SOON as you return home, and NEVER wear it at night. Just as importantly, be certain to clean your jewelry ONLY with a solvent MEANT for sterling! For everyday care we recommend using a silver polishing cloth – they are quick, easy, and cheap! Amazon, etc. has many!

If you are unhappy with an item, you may return it within 7 days (weekends/holidays included) for a full refund or replacement piece. In such instances, return shipping is at customer's cost.

CHARGES:
Returns are charged $7 precessing fee (originating from Etsy) + $7 for original shipping costs. If your item is sent back without ANY OF ITS ORIGINAL CONTENTS (bookmark, bag, cleaning cloth), you will be charged $10.00 each item. Returns made without original box PAY FEE OF $20.

Please return any defective item within 14 days (weekends/holidays included) for a full refund or replacement; please email us, as we will work with you in such cases to cover shipping costs. USA returns are covered by us; international returns, however, are determined case-by-case.

Individual Pieces: If we have materials in stock, we will do our best to ship your custom piece in a similar timeframe as all our other pieces. We ARE at suppliers' mercy, however, & if we do not have the materials we'll have to order them. This will delay the process. We WILL keep you posted, however!

NOTE: Oftentimes, custom requests extend into lengthy processes & take time! Because we want you to get EXACTLY what you want, we will research until we do just that! Will my BellaIpsa come gift wrapped?

We always use beautiful ribbon and other details and each is created and packaged with individualized attention - each also comes with a free gift of thanks, satin BellaIpsa® purse bag, and any other items indicated. Complete wrapping, however, is not included unless requested.

Upon checkout, you'll have the option to add gift wrap for $5. If you do so, we can wrap as normal, OR we can send along the supplies so you can first see the gift! Just let us know!

Should you like your bookmark customized, just tell us how/what! We're glad to do so!

We also recommend adding a box upgrade for any special gift, and each listing should offer this option. If it does not, email us and we can add it for you!

If lost (NOT delivered 5 weeks USA; 12 weeks international):

1. NOTIFY US
2. BellaIpsa® will file missing claim
3. If the item is not recovered in 6 weeks USA; 13 weeks international, BellaIpsa® will refund HALF insurance to purchaser. This is $25 USA $50 international
4. If the item is then delivered, purchaser may keep item without refunding insurance; if returned to BellaIpsa®, will reship to purchaser at the purchaser's cost
5. If NOT recovered, we will offer replacement item at 50% cost; shipping cost of purchaser
6. If insurance claim completes, other $25-$50 will be refunded (unless since received).

BellaIpsa offers a limited warranty on most necklaces. Coverage includes defective items only (excludes loss, gemstone loss, and damage from general wear - e.g. plating fade). Coverage is subject to approval by the seller and all shipping costs are maintained by the buyer after 14 days from purchase. Coverage length is as follows:

Items less than $100 - No warranty
$100-$200 Items - 30 Day warranty
$200-$500 Items - 90 Day warranty
Items over $500 - 6 Month warranty

Once an item shows "delivered," BellaIpsa assumes NO responsibility and will NOT cover any fees associated with replacement, nor will we replace the item. PLEASE track the progress of your shipment with the link provided to you via email to ensure that it is not stolen from your delivery location.
