We are not accepting custom orders at this time. Contact us to be put on a waiting list for custom orders.

Shipping costs are paid by the customer unless free shipping is offered on the listing. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.

We will ship all items within our stated production times. Once an item has shipped, we are unable to prevent shipping delays. Tracking numbers are provided to customers for all shipments. Please be aware that increased tracking and shipping delays are affecting many parts of the country due to the pandemic. As a result of the ongoing shipping delays, our shop does not consider an item lost in transit until it is 4 weeks late. Please contact us with any questions regarding shipping times before purchasing an item.

We are unable to ship to an address that is different than the shipping address entered at checkout. Please verify all shipping addresses before purchasing. In the event that the address provided is incorrect or marked invalid by USPS, your order will be fully refunded and cancelled. We will re-list the item in a custom order for you so you may re-order the item and enter a corrected mailing address at checkout.

Many items are made to order at the time of purchase. Cancellation requests from customers are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order, for any reason, prior to the item being shipped. We do not accept cancellations for digital items.

This hanging basket was perfect, and even better in person than I’d expected! I needed a small, decorative hanging basket for my front hall, where I keep my dog’s leashes and walk supplies and this was exactly what I needed. It’s very well made, the yarn is soft and luxurious, and I could not be more pleased!
