UK orders will be sent by Royal Mail which generally take a few days to arrive but on the odd occasion can take up to 14 working days to be deliver. Upgraded post options 1st or Express Delivery will require a signature. International orders will be delivered by the countries postal service and require a signature. In some cases orders can be delayed by customs and may take up to 6 weeks to arrive.

If you are placing an order outside of the UK you may be asked to pay extra in addition to your shipping costs to cover any fees associated with importing goods to your country.

Yes all the Jewellery is 925 sterling silver. All items weighing over 7.78 grams are British Hallmarked.

During times when your jewellery isn’t being worn, we recommend that it is kept in a dark and dry place, ideally an air tight jewellery box.

All Sterling Silver and Gold Jewellery can be affected by chemicals therefore we suggest where possible to keep your jewellery away from swimming pools, hot tubs, and seawater. Perfume, sun cream, hair spray, and body lotion can also have a negative effect on your jewellery therefore it’s advised that exposure to these products is kept to a minimum.

Our 18ct gold and rose gold vermeil jewellery is 925 Sterling Silver coated with a hard layer of 18ct gold or rose gold. Over a period of time, the coating will gradually wear away. This is normal wear and tear and should not be considered a fault.

To clean your Sterling Silver jewellery we recommend that you use warm soapy water and a very soft toothbrush to clean around the item, rinse and pat dry. A silver polishing cloth is recommended to make your jewellery shine again, although this will not get rid of any scratches present.

We offer a return policy within 14 days of your purchase, excluding personalised/custom items and earrings, as long as they are in their original packaging, undamaged and have order name and order number enclosed. Unnamed returns will not be processed, buyers are responsible for all postage costs whatever the circumstances. Discrepancies must be reported the day of delivery. Exchanges are only possible for orders in the UK. Please return all items to the following address, and for peace of mind please obtain a proof of posting certificate.

UK rings are sized by letter, A being the smallest. If you are unsure of your size a local jewellers should be able to measure your finger.

Earrings are sold in pairs and are not returnable so please make sure you are happy with the listing you like before you place your order

Cancellations are not accepted so please make sure everything is correct before placing your order. Discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
