He's extremely pleased by the quality (weight, feel, and capacity) and his favorite part (aside from the exterior design) is the stainless steel interior. He uses it every single day at work and still raves about it almost 2 months after purchase.

This is a fantastic mug! It has a really weight and quality to it that you don't get with most coffee mugs like this. I love it. I had a small problem with shipping, but Ashley was able to resolve the problem super quick. I would highly recommend shopping through her store.
