Returns and exchange details
PATTERNS:
No refunds on patterns once the pattern has been downloaded. If the pattern has not yet been downloaded, I will refund the order upon request.


MADE TO ORDER ITEMS:
If you receive your item and there is something you are unsatisfied with, let me know. I'm not be able to accept a return if it is an item that was custom made in the manner that we discussed(for look alike dolls, portrait dolls). For this reason, let me know all the details for a special order. Skin color, hair color, eye color, hairstyle, clothes, etc.

Colors match between 80% and 100%. The most correct color tone is always selected for your order. I cannot accept returns as the colors do not match exactly. You should let me know all the details so that I can make your personalized order in the most accurate way. If you do not let me know the features you want, I will make your order as I see in the photo. Often photos can be misleading for colors. Therefore, I can't accept returns for features you have not inform to me. If you have given me all the information and I am still defective, please contact me for a refund.


If I accept for other toys it as an exchange or refund, the item must be returned in the condition that you received it, and you must cover the cost of postage in shipping it back. In addition, the customs tax for return is borne by the buyer.
If I'm to make you a new product, i may be quoted another deadline of up to a few months (because I often have a wait list of deadlines).

DETAILS ON CANCELLATION REQUESTS:
I don't accept cancellation requests on custom items that I've already begun work on. I can cancel your special orders within 6 hours after your purchase. Because when I receive your order, I will buy the materials in a few hours.

SHIPPING PROBLEMS:
If your package is lost in transit or isn't delivered to you, please contact your local cargo office. It isn't my responsibility to deliver your package after I have shipped it. Buyers should resolve delivery issues with their local cargo office.
