The owner was very open and flexible to customize the shirt, he contacted me many times to make sure that the customization was perfect. Delivery took longer than expected because the delivery company where I live was on strike but I am sure it would have been on time otherwise. The quality of the shirt is great and soft. In general, great customer service and product quality, 100% recommended
