How does ordering work?
Go to apexoutlines.com, upload a photo of your car and you'll see your keychain in about a minute. If you like it, copy the Design ID, order here on Etsy and paste the ID into the personalisation box at checkout.
What kind of photo works best?
A whole car in the picture, taken in daylight, the less reflections the better. A normal phone photo is fine.
Is the preview exactly what I'll get?
The drawing is the same one I engrave. The wood is real, so the grain and colour of your piece will be a little different from the preview, and no two are identical.
How many previews can I make?
Three a day are free. If you need more to find the right photo, message me and I'll help.
I ordered but forgot to add my Design ID.
No problem. Send me your car model or your photo in an Etsy message and I'll match it to your order.
Can I change my photo after ordering?
Yes, as long as I haven't started engraving yet. Message me as soon as you can.
Can you add my number plate?
Yes, either input it on website during uploading process or message me your registration after ordering and I'll engrave it on the car.
