You purchased a digital download but expecting to receive a physical set of Apple Airpods. If you read the listing properly you would see it very clearly specifies that it's a digital download.

It literally says in the listing title 'Digital Download'. I was very polite and convivial. Read through your conversation if you need to jog your memory and you will see that it was you who was using rude and inappropriate language. Have a nice day.

You purchased a digital download whilst expecting to receive a physical set of Apple Airpods. Etsy have a no return/exchange policy for digital listings, and it's also very clearly specified on my listing. You asked for a refund due to an accidental purchase even though the listing clearly states it was a DIGITAL DOWNLOAD. I declined that request. I'm sorry if you accidentally made the purchase. As a seller of digital content, we are constantly asked for refunds on digital purchases with many buyers offering all manner of reasons, the main one being they didn't realise it was a digital download. I replied to you messages with brevity and respect, but I believe the 1 star rating to be harsh.
