*IF YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED BY REGISTRED
you will see the company " Correos " and the tracking number , you can follow the status directly from the order details.
Is really important to inform you once more that in some destination like USA and other countries the tracking info wont show any updated once it leaves Spain .
Sometimes we can get new info checking the number in your national mail company.
Please don´t hesitate in contact us and we will help you .
Another important point is that our packages are normally boxes , and registred mail requieres signature , so when there is nobody at home the postman should leave a notification , check you mailbox or any part where they could do it .
Once they leave a notification the package will stay in your postal office about 15 days , if nobody pick it they will return it us .
If you order is taking too long to arrive please write us befone opening a case or leaving a bad review , we will be happy to help you in everything and find the best solution for making you feel a satisfated customer.
We would love to keep an eye on every order´s status but is really dificult , so we suppose that if our customers do not contact us with some incidence is because everything goes ok please we really insist you about reaching us with every little doubt .

You will find the tracking number and company , normally DHL express . You can follow up the status directly from order details or from the mail that you will recieve from DHL .
As we requiered you a phone number is probably that you recieve also a SMS and you will can manage the delivery .
In case that you changes the delivery adress it can carry additional cost

We use this method normally for free shipping or items where you can choose the option " ordinary standard "
The packages shipped by ordinary doesn´t have tracking number so we can not get info about the status and there is no way to claim to the mail company if is lost .
