The website/shop said the mask was in stock. I was truly upset because I love owls and it was sooooo beautiful. BUT I NEVER GOT A TRACKING NUMBER AND REQUESTED IT FROM THE SHOP. I TRIED MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS TO REACH OUT ABOUT MY MASK. I WAITED TO CONTACT ETSY TO GET A REFUND. THE MINUTE ETSY GAVE IT TO ME. THEN I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM THE SELLER STATING THEY WILL BE CLOSED UNTIL THE FALL. WTF????? UNACCEPTABLE AND VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I got this because of arthritis pain in my hand & wrist and it has helped immensely! I have also used it on a pulled muscle in my neck, and it has helped me sleep! It seems to be made very well and is the perfect size for my hand and neck!

I ordered two different pillows (total $25) and only received one. When I inquired about it, the seller said they didn't see that I had ordered two different pillows and that the other pillow would be sent out that day. I am still waiting for the other pillow I ordered. I messaged the seller twice asking when I would receive the second pillow and have not heard back from them yet. If it comes in the next few days, I will edit this review. The pansy rice filled pillow came in the mail today. Good workmanship and beautiful material just like the description.
