If there is a problem with your order, please contact me directly via Etsy Message. I will do everything in my power to remedy the situation.
Lost, Damaged or Stolen Packages
Basic G Designs cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages once they have left our facilities.
If your package is delayed with USPS I am not to blame. Once the package leaves me USPS is responsible. Best way to track the package is through USPS directly.
If your package has been lost, please contact your local post office and mail carrier. Most of the time, packages are delivered to the wrong address and can be tracked by your local post office with the tracking number which also collects the location it was scanned with GPS.
