Yes. We make all our jewelry nickel-free.
How can I change my shipping address?
You can change the shipping address as long as your order hasn't been shipped. It is important, however, that you inform us of the new address as soon as possible. Our creation process begins immediately to ensure your jewelry is out in a timely fashion.

We advise against changing your order during popular holidays and national events to avoid you getting the pieces late.
What are the shipping options? Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship internationally to almost all countries. Apart from standard shipping, we also offer expedited shipping. You will be informed of an estimation of delivery time and associated shipping fees when you checkout.
How to find a missing package that shows as delivered?
Sometimes your tracking number will say "Delivered" before your package has arrived. Here are some instructions:
-Please check and verify the shipping notification email to ensure the parcel was shipping to the correct location
-Look for a notice of any attempted delivery
-Look around the delivery location for the parcel
-See if someone else accepted delivery
-Wait 36 hours: sometimes the shipping courier marks parcel delivered 36 hours prior to arrival
