Purchase returns:
• When returning the goods, the buyer pays for the delivery
• After receiving the return and checking it for condition (the goods must be free of socks), I return the money to the buyer minus the amount of delivery, all fees and tax
•A product made according to individual measurements is not subject to exchange and return.
• If a customer declines taking delivery of the package from the courier, regrettably, we'll need to charge a $20 restocking fee to compensate for the time and expense to us of processing the package's return.
• Buyer is responsible for any charge to return and 20% restocking fee.

I accept order cancellations within 2 hours of purchase.
After this time, the order enters the processing stage, and if cancelled, up to 20% of the total amount may be withheld to cover the cost of materials and time already invested in preparing the order.

In most cases, we ship our accessories in beautiful gift-ready packaging, carefully wrapped to delight your recipient.

For certain items, mainly large or fragile brooches, we need to use a sturdy shipping box to ensure they arrive safely. In these exceptional cases, gift wrapping is not included, or can be provided for an additional fee, as the parcel size and shipping cost increase.
