Can I customize the Template?
Absolutely! All Canva templates are fully editable. You can change text, colors, fonts, images, and more to match your brand.
Will I receive a physical product?
Nope! All of our items are digital downloads. Nothing physical will be shipped. After purchase, you’ll be able to download your files instantly via Etsy.
How do I access my files?
Once your payment is processed, your files will be available under your Etsy account → Purchases and Reviews. You’ll also receive an email with a download link.
What if I don’t have Canva Pro?
No worries! Most templates are designed for free Canva accounts. If a Pro element is used, it will be clearly noted in the product description, and you can easily replace it with a free alternative.
Can I resell the templates?
You may not resell or share the editable Canva templates unless the listing includes PLR or MRR rights. Please check the product description for licensing details.
Do you offer refunds?
