Yes, for certain made-to-order items such as vinyl graphics, tire covers, and seat covers, we implement a minimum 35% restocking fee on returns of non-defective items.

This fee helps cover the cost of materials, production time, and shipping when creating these custom products. Since these items are tailored to individual specifications, they cannot be resold, so the restocking fee is necessary.

We ship out all ready-to-ship designs in your order first for U.S. orders. Some designs take a bit longer to make and will ship separately. Please wait 2-3 business days for the rest of your order to arrive.

Yes, for sure! Our graphics are straightforward to install if you follow the tips and instructions that we give you. If you don't feel up for installing them, feel free to use a sign, body, or tint shop.

If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason, the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.

CDD Graffix & Designs is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier, it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- don't hesitate to contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft, you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.

Sometimes there are delays in transit times across all of our shipping carriers, which will increase during the holiday season. We cannot guarantee that a shipment will arrive by a specific date, even if the tracking provides an estimated delivery date. We have had cases where a consignment is significantly delayed and shows as unscanned even if it was shipped. You will get your shipment, but we cannot guarantee the timeline. We cannot refund or cancel orders if they do not arrive on time. If your order did not arrive on time, please get in touch with us and the shipping carrier. We try our best to work with you but don't control shipping. Please understand that NO returns are accepted for shipping delays.

We proudly design all of our graphics and decals in-house at our shop in South Carolina, USA.

❖Graphics, decals, and most vinyl products are both designed and manufactured in the USA and ship directly from our workshop.

❖Car accessories, apparel, and ornaments are produced through our trusted production partners located in Vietnam. These partners specialize in high-quality custom printing and help us bring our unique designs to life.

We work with these partners because they deliver excellent craftsmanship and help us offer a wider variety of creative products. Items produced with our partners are shipped directly from their workshop after production is complete.
