Ceynix Designs began in 2016 on the vibrant island of Sri Lanka, a land world-renowned for its legendary gemstones and centuries-old mining traditions. Growing up surrounded by stories of Ratnapura—the “City of Gems”—we were inspired by the journey each stone takes, from deep within the earth to becoming a piece of timeless beauty. We do have our offices based in Colombo, Sri Lanka & Bangkok, Thailand
What started as a passion soon became a purpose: to bring ethically sourced, authentic gemstones directly from the mines to those who truly value their origin. While our roots are proudly Sri Lankan, our journey has taken us across the world—sourcing exceptional stones from Australia, Madagascar, and across Africa, including some of the finest sapphires known for their unique colors and character.
By working closely with trusted miners and cutters in each region, we ensure every gemstone is responsibly sourced and carefully selected. Each origin brings its own story—whether it’s the deep blues of Sri Lankan sapphires, the vibrant hues of Madagascar gems, or the bold character of African stones.
