🛒 Ordering
Orders are placed through the Cheap Miniatures Etsy shop.
If no miniature variant is selected when ordering, a random variant will be sent.
Please double-check your delivery details before completing your order.
The shop is not responsible for mistakes made by the buyer, such as incorrect shipping details, missing contact information, or accidental purchases.
Accidental or mistaken orders cannot be canceled once payment has been processed and production has begun.

💰 Prices and Payments
Prices not include any VAT (as applicable under Etsy rules).
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import VAT, or additional tariffs charged in their country.
The shop does not cover or refund any customs or import-related costs charged to the buyer.

📦 Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped within the timeframes stated in each product listing.
The shop is not responsible for:
Orders not collected by the buyer, or
Orders undeliverable due to incomplete or incorrect address/contact details.
If a package is returned due to non-collection or incorrect address, the cost of reshipping is paid by the buyer.

🔁 Returns and Cancellations
Under EU law, buyers have the right to return an item within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of the returned item being received.
Please note: custom-made items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

🛠️ Warranty and Replacements
Cheap Miniatures offers a 2-month warranty period for all products.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and damage during shipping.
If an item arrives damaged, please send photo documentation to cheapminiatures@gmail.com
We offer two options (the buyer chooses):
Replacement of the damaged item, or Partial refund / price reduction.
If any pieces are missing from your order, we will send the missing parts at our own cost.
We do not provide refunds or replacements for accidental or mistaken orders.

🔒 Privacy Policy
Buyer data is used only for order processing and communication.
Personal information will never be shared with third parties, except where necessary to complete delivery (e.g., shipping carriers, payment processors).
