Welcome to COLORBLOOM.
I hand-paint velvet and silks and then use this fabric to make cushions, scarves, covered guestbooks, lavender pillows and hot-water bottles.

Payment

I accept Paypal and direct card payments – you do not need a Paypal account to pay for your items through a Paypal account to pay for your items through Paypal.
You can choose the Paypal option during checkout. After you submit your order
click the “Pay now” button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with a credit or debit card without having to sign up for a paypal account.
I can accept cheques, but I will have to wait till it's cleared before I post the item.

I will not send packages until payment is cleared. Please contact me if you are having a problem with payment.

Shipping

The books and cushions will be sent carefully packaged (with recycled packaging where possible).
If you request it (for an extra £2.00) you can have the books sent in a white or black plain presentation box.
In the UK I will send it Recorded first class or if you need it faster next day delivery – please contact me for a price for this.
In the U.S., Canada and Europe I will send it normal airmail or if you want delivery confirmation I can send it by International signed for package – please contact me for a price.

- We aim to dispatch 'Ready to ship' items in 1 day after purchase.
- Shipping within UK normally takes 2-3 days working days.
- Shipping to the Europe normally takes 5-8 working days.
- Shipping packages to the U.S. normally takes 2 - 3 weeks to arrive although
customs can sometimes delay packages by up to 6 weeks. This does not occur
often. If you need it faster use Shipping upgrades i.e. 5 - 7 days tracked & confirmed (USA)
or next day signed for (UK)
- Shipping to the rest of the world takes approximately 2 - 3 weeks, although
customs can occasionally delay packages further

Additional policies and FAQs

For custom orders a minimum of 10 A5 books or 10 A4 books. I will need a 25% deposit.
I can do wholesale, please contact me for prices and possible colors.
As above there will be a minimum of 10 A5 or 10 A4 books in each color.

All the designs are unique and as they are hand-painted there may be some variation and subtle irregularities in the color of the finished product. This is part of its unique
identity.
