Do you take Custom Orders?
We do take custom orders. Please feel free to send us your ideas and we'll confirm if we can make it true.
Are there any care instructions for the products?
Yes, do not use any household cleaners or harsh chemicals on hand-painted items. A wipe down with a dry cloth will easily clean or dust. Do not deliberately scrub or use water.
How soon will I receive my order and how will it be sent?
Most orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail. Most items are made to order and have a processing time between one and three days. Production times start the day you order your product, if during a weekday, the next weekday after if on the weekend, then end with the ship date. Production times do NOT include shipping times. Tracking numbers are sent through Etsy.
Can I send my product as a gift?
Of course, we love the idea. We never include any price info in our packages and are more than happy to write a gift message if you are sending directly to someone special. Please write the message in “note to seller” when purchasing.
Custom and personalized orders
Due to the customized nature of our products, cancellations, refunds, and exchanges are not offered. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us prior to leaving a negative review so we have the opportunity to make things right. Our customers are important to us so please contact us immediately with any issues and we will work together to find a solution.
What happens if my product arrives broken?
As we cannot control handling during shipping, we are not responsible for damages or losses which occur during shipping. However, please contact us if your item arrives damaged to determine if a replacement is possible. All items will be packaged as safely as possible and shipped USPS with tracking.
Do I pay the same cost of shipping if I order more than one item or if I combine items?
In some items, if you order more than one you will save money on shipping. We will do our best to send all the products in the same package and we will refund you if you pay extra money than the one USPS charge for the shipping.
Are items available for local pickup?
Yes. We are located in Round Rock, Texas. Arrangements for scheduled pickups can be made, please send us a message before buying and we'll create an order just for you.
