Frequently asked questions
After Purchase - I can't access my spreadsheet or it opens in view only mode
If you can't open the file, or it shows in view only mode, try these steps:
1. In the top menu, click File → Make a copy. This will give you your own editable version of the spreadsheet.
2. If that doesn't work, Try troubleshooting tips below:
+ Open the file on computer or laptop
+ Check that you have enough storage space in your Google Drive.
+ Use different browser.
+ Make sure you are logged in to google sheets.
If non of these options fix the issue, please contact us on Etsy and we'll be happy to help you directly.
What are the terms of usage?
Our designs for personal use only and Commercial use is not allowed. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of our designs, illustrations, or graphics is strictly prohibited. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Custom and personalised orders
At this moment we don't accept any requests for customizing spreadsheets, however you are welcome to edit and adjust the spreadsheet on your own.
We've added warnings to help prevent accidental changes to key formulas, but the spreadsheet isn't locked- so you'll have full flexibility to make any modifications you'd like.
Can I return or exchange my spreadsheet
Due to digital nature of this product, we're unable to offer returns and refunds. Once your purchase has been downloaded, it will remain available to you at all times.
If you made a purchase by mistake, please avoid downloading the files. We can verify through our dashboard whether a download has taken place. Cancellation is only possible if none of the files in your order have been downloaded.
