Super hopeful the rose will come make a come back . Followed instructions, the stress of the transfer has caused for it to wilt. Crossing my fingers 🙏🏼

The Clg. Orcid Masterpiece was a little on the dry side with crispy leaves. I'm hoping it will come out of it. I'm going to have to baby it for a while. It's a beautiful rose. I had one when I lived in Arizona. I think it got a little toasty because I had no keys for my post box, and they didn't notify me that they were in. Plus, I didn't realize they were going to be sent USPS. I caught the post mistress after communications with Josh. All is good :o)

There was a mix up, they sent me the wrong Bloom color but they said they'd fix it.

Had problem with initial rose but seller sent me a new one. Happy to have this variety.

I missed that this was a root ball bush. I've never bought roses online before. Missed that in the description. It did arrive healthy and remains so. Would definitely recommend this seller.

Very happy to find a Sunsprite rose, a favorite from years ago. Every time a loved one dies, I plant a rose and call it by their name. The order arrived late, mostly, I think, because the box had largely fallen apart and was festooned by tape by the PO. It was much too big and had no padding inside. Surprised to find 2 roses instead of one, so that was welcome. Planted them today and am hopeful they'll thrive. Better packaging needed, for sure.
