Frequently asked questions
How will I receive my files?
All files are delivered digitally through Etsy after your purchase is completed. Etsy handles the delivery of all digital downloads and will send you an email letting you know your files are ready, usually within just a few minutes of purchase.
If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or junk folder as it may occasionally end up there. If you still can’t locate your files, feel free to message me and I’ll be happy to email them directly to you.
What size are your invitations?
All invitations are currently designed to be 5x7, which is the standard professional invitation size and works beautifully for both printing and digital sharing.
If you need a different size, please reach out before purchase and I’ll do my best to accommodate your request.
Can I edit the invitation myself?
Yes! All templates are fully editable in Canva. You can easily customize:
Text
Font colors
Font sizes
Event details
No special software is required.
Do I need a Canva Pro account?
No, our templates work perfectly with a free Canva account.
Can I return or exchange a digital file?
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds, returns, and exchanges cannot be accepted once files have been delivered. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please contact me as I’m always happy to help!
I’m having trouble editing my template. What should I do?
Send me a message anytime! I want you to love your invitation and I’ll do my best to help troubleshoot any editing or access issues.
Can these files be used commercially?
No. All templates are for personal use only and may not be resold, shared, redistributed, or used commercially.
